Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all our readers!
If you get bored over the Christmas break why not check out Elf Yourself? It’s a fun little website where you can make you and your friends/family look like elves! And on top of that make the elves dance to your favourite Christmas songs!
It’s the time of year when we’re all trying to get all our Christmas presents for friends and family. Last year we did our 12 Days of Christmas Shopping and we thought it would be good to remind you of some great places to purchase gifts online!
I always think of this track at Christmas…important to think of others at Christmas and those less fortunate than ourselves. When the 2004 version came out I remember me and friends buying copies for all our family to support it! A great way to remind people of what is going on in other parts of the world!
Over the past 12 days we’ve recommended 12 different retailers to you for Christmas present ideas. As we are at the end of it all we thought it would be a good idea for us to do a quick review of who the 12 retailers were.
On the twelfth day of Christmas my true love gave to me….something bizarre and funny from IWantOneOfThose.com! IWOOT.com is a great place to get all those fun, silly and random presents for friends and family. It really is one of the best places to get loved ones a present which is very different!
Our penultimate recommended retailer is The Carephone Warehouse. They are one of the biggest phone retailers in the UK. Not only do they supply mobile phones but they also supply broadband. The company often has a variety of deals involving pay as you go and contract phones which sometimes include a wide range of free gifts. Have a look on their website or instore for their offers!
Our 10th recommended Christmas retailer is PC World. PC World, probably best known for their advertising slogan, specialise in Computers. Their product range is mainly based on either computer hardware, computer software, computer accessories and electronic gadgets (digital cameras, tv’s, etc). We mainly recommend Dell machines, but you can occasionally find a gem of a deal at PC World so its worth checking out their offers!
Dabs is our eighth recommended retailer for Christmas presents. Dabs specialise in electronics varying from Laptops to Electronic Components to MP3 Players to Mobiles to Books to Software, just to name a few.
Their website is very simple to use and well laid out. They also have an option to browse by brand which could come in very helpful!
Our seventh recommended retailer for Christmas presents is CD WOW. CD WOW specialise in five areas:
DVDs (Purchase and Hiring)
Cd’s
Games
Blu-ray
Beauty
Compared to the retailers named so far they are a relatively small company but they have loads of great deals and are a brilliant up and coming company!
